Built by a neighbor.
For neighbors.
I'm Tyler Pinnell, the founder of Roadside Rescue. I started this business out of St. Charles County because of one simple frustration: when something goes wrong with your car after dark, the people who're supposed to help — the big roadside companies, the membership services, the gig apps — almost never do it well.
You sit on hold for 45 minutes. You get a contractor from two counties away who doesn't know the area. You get hit with surge fees the moment it's raining. You get told someone will be there in "90 minutes to 3 hours."
That's not help. That's a corporate handoff.
So I built the opposite. Roadside Rescue is a family-owned, locally-operated service focused on the worst hours — 6 PM to 6 AM, every single night. When you call, you don't get a phone tree. You get me, or one of our certified technicians who actually lives in the community you're standing in right now.
We handle the four things that strand 90% of drivers — lockouts, dead batteries, flat tires, and empty tanks — plus the small mechanical fixes most shops won't touch after hours. No memberships. No surge fees. No surprise charges. The price we quote on the phone is the price you pay.
Every night I'm out there with my crew, I think about the same thing: somewhere in Missouri, a mom is pulled over on the shoulder with two kids in the backseat wondering if it's safe to walk to the nearest gas station. A college student is staring at a flat tire on a back road they don't recognize. Somebody's grandfather is sitting in his cooling car with his keys locked inside.
Those are the people we built this for. Not the easy 2 PM lockouts in a sunny shopping mall parking lot. The hard moments, in the dark, when the only thing that helps is hearing a real human say "I'm on my way — be there in 18 minutes."
That's our promise.
Five rules.
No exceptions.
A real human answers in under 30 seconds. Never a bot. Never a phone tree.
We work the hours nobody else wants — 6 PM to 6 AM. We're at our best when you need us most.
Owned and operated out of St. Charles County. Our techs live in the communities they serve.
On-the-spot repairs whenever possible. We'd rather fix it than tow it — saves you money.
What we quote is what you pay. No memberships. No surge fees. No hidden tow charges.
Where we run.
// We focus on St. Charles County and the immediate surrounding areas. Tight service radius means faster response times and lower prices than statewide services trying to cover too much ground.
Outside this radius? Call us anyway — we'll help if we can or point you to someone trusted who can.
